Using concepts from the textbook, discuss each of the following questions in your initial posting: What Would You Do?
You see a coworker harassing another employee, or a supervisor harassing or bullying a subordinate – What Would You Do?
A coworker is consistently late and you know it is because of their home situation, however, they u continue to slide into work unnoticed. Do you say something or not?
You are in a group setting and everyone is asked to give a verbal vote or show of hands. You do not agree, but you do not want to be the only one to disagree. Do you go along or not?
Be sure to paraphrase and then cite the source(s) of any information and/or ideas. Direct quotes must be sparse and cited correctly. Remember if it is referenced, it must be cited in the text.
Post your initial response.
Support your discussion with course concepts and at least one additional scholarly source from the FSW library databases.
Your initial response should be a minimum of 300 words and reflecting the discussion Once you have submitted your response to the statements, reply to the posting of at least two of your classmates (100 words required for each).
Respond to at least two of your colleagues’ postings. In your responses, be sure to do the following:
Address the content of each colleague’s analysis and evaluation of the topic and of the integration of the relevant resources.
Link each colleague’s posting to other colleagues’ postings or to other course materials and concepts, where appropriate and relevant.
Include proper APA-formatted citations. Post references at the end of the discussion. A separate reference page is not required for discussion postings.
