During the period of your studies, reflect on your performance against the plan, identify any further development needs and revise your plan accordingly.Reflect on performance create and update your PDP Add an extra column to your PDP and Write an update on your progress against each objective you have set Can also add future objectives to it Upload this with your reflections document. The reflective journal should reflect back over your learning journey for each unit. You should provide examples of what you enjoyed about the learning and what you didnt enjoy. You should be reflecting against your PDP and any changes you may consider making to it. Think about what skills and behaviors you have developed and been able to demonstrate in the work place. Remember, reflections include: what you did well, what you found difficult, challenging, what you did to overcome any issues, what you enjoyed. Devise a CPD plan which clearly states your needs and your selection options.
