Each student is expected to write one entry every week, which will be submitted weekly
(2-15). There will be total of fourteen (14) journal entries. Journal entries will include a
brief discussion on learning experiences which have taken place over the past week.
Integration of learning from the student’s social work course content (e.g. HBSE,
practice, psychopathology, leadership, research, etc) is to be emphasized. In addition, the
student will address how he/she demonstrated a Saint Leo core value over the week in the
field internship. Each log should contain a general list of activities and reflection of at
least one learning experience describing the student’s reaction/feelings.
