Each student has to choose ONE of the industries from the following proposed three Mintel reports

Sweet Biscuits – UK – 2022
Video Games and Consoles – UK – 2022
Once the industry has been chosen and section 1 developed, each student has to choose one Brand/Organisation/Product Line within that industry, to study and develop the CRM plan for this assignment sections 2, 3 and 4.
