Choose a case study, either one discussed in class or one of your own choosing, and address the
following:
1. What current environmental laws apply to this issue and how effective have those laws
been in addressing/regulating the impacts associated with it?
2. What environmental justice concerns are present or possible in this case? Are those
concerns currently addressed in legal approach being taken?
3. How could Earth Law strategies be used to further address the legal issues in this case?
What strategies would you advocate for and what effect would they have?
