I’ve made the introduction and first few paragraphs explaining why Americans vote at a lower rate than European countries (the first bullet point). I just need some paragraphs that cover the second and third bullet point (why some Americans vote regularly while others don’t & elaborate on 5 different ways to increase voter turnout).
