• How are different stakeholders involved in the process?
• How do the different approaches theoretically result in empowerment and for which of the stakeholders is empowerment most likely?
• What are the strengths and limitations of each approach for promoting social justice?
• To what extent does your field agency engage in these types of research/evaluation? Describe specific examples of evaluation/research undertaken by your agency that have been guided by the principles behind one or more of these approaches? If your agency does not engage in evaluation research, what are the barriers preventing this type of activity?
