You will be required to answer the following question –
‘Critically evaluate how Hofstede’s Cultural model AND The Globe Project have contributed to cultural awareness in the workplace’ (80% of the marks). Applying one feature from each model, what advice would you give a manager going on an international assignment from the UK to China on how to engage successfully with the workforce (20% of the marks)’.
Please note that you will gain few marks for merely repeating material that is covered in the taught sessions, you need to read and research beyond the materials provided.
Work should be in MS Word and file size must not exceed 40MB. As all work is marked anonymously, students must NOT put their name in the file name or document being uploaded.
