3. The capital budgeting in this assignment is for cost analysis. Hospitals in Canada are non-profit organizations. The equipment will not create value for the project. Therefore, you should compare both options and determine which one is less costly.
4. The costs for both options must be consistent/ There are monthly, yearly, and one-time expenses in both options. You should convert them into a consistent base for proper comparison.
5. For Question 3, you will need to research the definition and concept of “Lease.”
