Look at the table of contents on Terrell page 199 for a quick reference for table of contents. Look back at my feedback on the discussion: “In the title and abstract, make sure that we can see your topic and your theory. Technology is much too broad as a theory, so make sure that you are specifically identifying which theory you plan to use. In the introduction, make sure and tell a specific story about a person plays time. Get the attention of your dissertation chair or dissertation committee members. Use communication sources to identify which theory you will use. Remember, the goal is to become a communication scholar and conversant in communication theories.” Remember, your literature review is based solely on one communication theory. So, this paper is not clear on what sort of technology you were going to cover. What one communication theory will you cover? Each time you use the word this, be sure and use a noun after it so we know exactly what you were talking about. Much of what you’re talking about in this paper is the topic. So, for example, on page 5 you go into the review of literature, but it is actually about the church. So which communication theory will you cover? Most of this continent belongs in the final paper. Is it appropriate to use the church as a monolith? For example, there are so many different churches and denominations that it might be difficult to love them all together. As much as possible, be sure and use active voice. So for example on page 9 you said “it was demonstrated” and you are removing the noun here. So, be sure and use the subject and make people do the things. This is a great topic and you should continue to explore it! But, much of this continent does not fit into this assignment.
