Purpose
This paper exercise is designed to have you study how the Five Forces Model and the Three Genetic Strategies apply to a company of your choice. You are to study one of the companies listed by Business Insider, in the article “50 start-ups that will boom in 2018, according to VCs.” The selection of your company is up to you.
Audience
You are a venture capitalist, looking to invest 5 million dollars in a start-up company. Write your paper keeping in mind that other investors will be reading it. Convince your audience that the company has achieve business success and will continue to be successful.
