Chapter 10 discusses the elements of CRM, its place within the field of supply chain management, the requirements for successful CRM program implementation, and the current trends in CRM. In this chapter you will learn that customer relationship management is really all about listening to customers and treating them right.
Chapter 11 discusses the factors companies must consider when analyzing potential locations; several comparison methods are available when considering the country, region, and community for a facility location. Business clusters, which often provide for strong business development, collaboration, growth opportunities, and improved supply chain management, are also discussed.
