This document covers the remaining parts of the semester project. See part 1 for the instructions for the team policy document and peer/self evaluations. Most of what you will be doing with your DNVBs will be retrospective, and will involve investigation and reconstruction. You will be able (and will need) to draw upon multiple resources to make and defend your choices. These include, among others, the company’s website, those of other firms in similar industries, news articles, and press releases. Feasibility Analysis For this part of the semester project, you will need to identify two (2) expansions of your DNVB’s online presence. An example would be a virtual try-on of glass frames. A good way to start will be to use the Internet archive, as well as other kinds of resources mentioned above. You will need to develop estimates of the costs and benefits that your DNVB incurred in adding this feature
1) Describe the feature expansion(s) and how they relate to the DNVB’s business;
2) Explain the process that you took to learn about these expansions that your DNVB undertook;
3) Provide an overview of the estimated costs with time frames;
4) Provide an overview of the estimated benefits with time frames;
5) An answer to these questions: From a costs and benefits perspective, were these feature expansions defensible? Why?
6) It also needs to include a title page, introduction, conclusion, and references section.
