A supply chain is the sequence of organizations—their facilities, functions, and activities—that are involved in producing and delivering a product or service (Stevenson, 2021). A supply chain involves everything related to the product or service from the beginning to the end, which involves everything from the raw materials to the final customer.
For this assignment do the following:
Select two Middle Eastern organizations and identify their industry, and their products or services.
Identify supply chain aspects from both of your selected organizations like purchasing issues, supplier issues, logistics, information systems, quality, and customer service, and compare them.
Explain how Information Technology impacts the Supply Chain Management for both organizations.
Finally, based on your results, offer recommendations for improvements for each organization.

– Chapters 15 and 18 attached are from the book: Stevenson, W. J. (2020). Operations Management (14th ed.). McGraw Hill.
– Helping resources are attached.
– Avoid using Wikipedia as a source.
– Please make sure to include a conclusion at the end, the conclusion should be summarizing all the topics or the most important point
– Include a solid thesis statement, which is the main point you are making in the paper and everything in the paper is built around that key statement (which is usually the 2nd or 3rd sentence of the paper)
– Keep the paragraph between 3-5 sentences
– The paragraph should contain 1 thought or point
– Avoid writing in 1st person , and don’t use contractions( can’t , don’t)
– Avoid generalization (everyone, most people)
– Avoid ending sentence with a preposition.
– Make sure that each page does not include more than 3 references.
– The references should be varied ( YouTube , text books , sites , videos)
– The text book (chapters 15 & 18) must be included as one of the references
– The references should not be less than 5, make sure it’s new and updated ( not older than than 5 years ), recommend to have 7 references.
