In this assignment, the student will read the case scenario and answer the following questions in a three-page response. You will be required to write this assignment using the APA, 7th edition format. This means you will have a cover page and bibliography page. 1. Identify the stage of physical/biological stage of development. In this portion of the assignment, you will identify what is normal developmental milestones or normal developmental tasks are appropriate for this age/stage. What should the child be able to do physically at this stage of his life. In this section, you will also discuss your thoughts about why the child may not be developing on course according to his age or stage. Take into consideration any factors that would interfere in Malik developing on course. It could very well be policies and laws that impact development.
2. Next, you will discuss what is developmentally appropriate for the child in terms of his psychological development. You can choose to discuss this portion of the assignment using a theorist of your choice: Piaget, Vygotsky, or Freud.
3. Lastly, what issues do you believe are occurring in his environment that may be helping his development or hindering his development.
4. You must write in complete sentences and again, in APA 7th edition. You will be graded on content as well as writing skills, and APA documentation.
