Write a response paper : Prosecutorial Discretion and Misconduct
1. Explain the duties of a prosecutor and how much discretion they have (why is this important and how it can be abused)
2. Fully explain what a Brady Violation is (include the case from which this rule stems and the decision of the court). Then explain what is meant by the phrase that a prosecutor’s duty is not simply to convict, but to see that justice is done.
