I have written an outline for this paper and have all of the points with citations included that I wanted to use. This is meant to be an anayltical and arugmentative research paper on why the teacher shortage is real. There is another section that is suppose to be included which is titled “policy solution” this means to write about 2 to 3 paragraphs on any solutions to help more people to get into the teaching profession along with ways government or local school districts can better support their teachers.
