I am a Christian leader, compassionate nurse, Christian author, mentor, and entrepreneur. I grew up in a middle-class family. However, I struggled with poverty financially by trying to keep up with my bills and gas expenses. I had to produce a strategy for living a better life mentally and financially. So, I ended up moving to a different Job that would be able to support me financially. In addition, I wanted to work at a job that I was passionate about, which is nursing. I have never moved from this city, state, or country. I am, therefore, not a migrant because I have everything I need in this country. However, I have immigrant friends whose families moved to the United States in search of security, socio-economic opportunities, education, healthcare, and family support. That is why I can relate to people that have migrated from other countries. I am passionate about creating initiatives for my community to bring peace and opportunities to ensure they do not move to other countries in search of better lives.
