Write a paper where you describe your favorite dish in a sociological way:
what is the name of the dish?
what is it made with (ingredients)?
what significance does this dish have to you personally? Describe the social context in which you typically make it or buy it.
For ex. is it part of a family tradition, which one, how often does it take place, how does it take place, who prepares it, what event is it associated with, why is it important to you, what do you like about it?
