In the second part of your paper, explain more in-depth the second thesis, that the Racial Contract is a historical actuality. Here you must make use of at least one example from the US Constitution and/or Federalist no. 54. At least one relevant and direct quote from Mills, and one relevant and direct quote from the source of your example are required. (2–3 paragraphs.)
