1. What is meant by the term “corruption index”? How exactly is this index determined. Share also your views on what are some of the main factors within the formal institution that drive corruption (8)
2. Review the list of countries on the corruption perceptions index for the year 2021, observed their corruption score and how they are ranked. Select any two countries that have scored below 40. Research those countries in terms of their legal, ethical, and business environments then highlight 2-3 reasons why each of those countries are considered corrupt based on this index and the research you have done.
