Write a Discussion of how Native American and European explorer’s cultures, backgrounds, and belief systems formed their literature.
Based on the readings, discuss how the cultures, backgrounds, and belief systems of the European explorers and the Native Americans formed their literature. The discussion should be in the form of a five (5) paragraph essay that includes the following:
a. The introduction should end with a thesis statement that has a claim (opinion) and identify how you plan to support the claim (the evidence).
b. The body of the paper should be about the evidence. Each of these paragraphs should be driven by the literature. Each should contain at least one quote from the literature. Each quote should be well developed — introduced, cited, and explained.
c. The conclusion paragraph should restate your thesis, summarize the key supporting ideas you discussed throughout the work, and offer your final impression on the central idea.
