Expand on VUCA and discuss the volatility present at your chosen company, the uncertainty of whatever they are facing, the complexity of their business, and any ambiguities therein. How do all the elements of VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) impact the problem? How do they affect your recommendation? Both are required for a proficient mark.
VUCA is a set of conditions that can negatively impact a business. It is not a tool that can be applied to improve a business situation.
