Select three of the five living workforce generations mentioned below. Research how the experiences of each generation might have influenced the development of their values. Using representative music from the era highlight what seems to be dominant concerns, values, or views of life during that period. Why is knowing this even important to leadership?

In other words, what helped shape any shared values. Values play a central role in one’s overall psychological makeup and can affect behavior in a variety of situations. It is important to realize that individuals can have considerably different values, especially because we cannot see values directly. We can only make inferences about people’s values based on their behavior and the events and circumstances of the era. You may want to review Chapter 5, as your prepare your research.
Make sure you clearly state the values you selected for each generation (at least 5) and why.
Begin your paper with an Introduction (the purpose of your paper) and conclude with a Summary.
