During this course I was supposed to work in group doing challenges:
1. Prepare and present an job interview with questions and answers
2. Create a Tshirt by designing a brand, identifying the target market, produce a profit and loss statement
3. Create a presentation on how to start a new business in UK
The report must include an analysis of each challenge which focuses on the business angle(business, finance, operations). What knowledge did you learn about how business actually work?
The report must then include a reflection on the skills you have demonstrated during the challenges to include the following:
communication skills:emotional intelligence
teamwork
time management and meeting skills
business skills abd competencies developed such as presentation skills etc
Finally, the teport must include an action plan on how you will develop these skills over the next three years at university.
