The clinical skill I have chosen to reflect on within this essay Basic Life Support and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation -essential element of my training as being able to early recognise life-threatening emergencies and act within my competence, and confidence level increases chances of survival after cardiac arrest.
Before clinical skills, I was afraid to perform CPR as my skills was inadequate
The session was intense and I felt under pressure at the beginning while performing with othered students reacting to a real-life scenario and perform CPR on dolls

In emergencies, teamwork is integral to providing safe and effective care for the victims and as well other emergencies responders -CPR can be very dangerous as were working electricity and oxygen lack of communication and teamwork would cause an explosion
