Answer both of the following questions within a political economy framework. Each answer should be in the range of 1500-2000 words (1.5 spacing, so about 5-6 pages). In each question, I have suggested specific readings to consult which should be included in the bibliography. Explaining the subjects in both questions includes contextualizing historically, presenting main features, dynamics, and effects, etc.
