The after-action review (AAR) process will be the tool you use to perform the program review. you can use any Florida FESO or one of interest to you as the basis for this AAR. In your AAR, you must address the elements below.
• Conditions: How did it go? What is the objective or mission of the effort?
• Actions: How does the code enforcement program address the five Es of code enforcement (engineering, education, enforcement, economic incentives, and emergency response)? To what extent are firefighters engaged in the code enforcement process?
• Outcomes: What can be measured? Describe the results. What is the fire loss? How many inspections are completed? What is the frequency of fire and so forth?
• Lessons learned: What was learned and reenforced in your program analysis?
