How can public policy in the US be improved? What systemic changes are needed to bring about those improvements? If public policy cannot be improved, what is preventing changes from taking place?
Your answer must be 250-500 words long. You must write in complete sentences (no bullet points allowed).
You must answer the question, explain your reasoning, and provide some sort of justification (or proof). You can cite specific lectures, supplemental content posted to lectures (videos, links, readings), or external sources. The more references to class content you make, the better your answer will be. Your citation should be APA format (parenthetical citation in-text and a full citation at the end of your post). If you cite external sources, academic journals are preferred, but online news is okay, too (as long as it’s not a satire or conspiracy website). If you’re unfamiliar with APA format, check out this website from the Purdue Online Writing Lab (OWL) that explains how to cite in APA. Links to an external site. You should use the drop-down menu on the left side of the page to learn more about in-text citations and how to craft your references list (click here for an image of the drop-down menu to which I’m referring).
