Cannabis is the general topic I want this paper to be based on. This question was my original idea but I received feedback saying that I need to make the topic unique and novel, so please change the question if you have any ideas on how to make it novel. I have attached an outline and the rubric of all the requirements. There is no need to add a title page, that is not included in the 10 pages. The proposal needs an abstract, introduction, methods, results, and discussion section. I also attached a file where I kind of summarized two journals. You can use those as part of the references if they still relate to the question after you change it. Please make sure to use 10 peer-reviewed journal articles as well.
