The final paper of not more than 10 page (single or double
spaced), will focus on the three (3) components covered in the course (Strategic Planning, Innovations and Governing and
Management Systems) and your views of their effectiveness or lack of effectiveness in promoting innovation; based on cited materials from the course and/or other books, articles or your research and experience. In determining the effectiveness or lack of effectiveness of the innovations you select the following questions should be addressed:
1. What is the descriiption of the innovation?
2. Why is it effective or ineffective at promoting innovation in organizations?
3. What result(s) can an organization expect to achieve with the innovation?
