This is Capstone for the psychology (translational neuroscience) course. My professor required me to write a white paper (I will send you a template) and the topic I chose is about social isolation of the elderly (defined as 65+) in Japan. I could write the introduction, but I need you to do the background revision (or significant modification) + solution + conclusion part. I will also send you my written intro and background. If possible, I would like you to revise the background along with the intro and read the editor’s comments (If it is difficult, it can be modified significantly.) . Since the background is the most important part, I would like you to do 4〜5 pages + 10+ references there.
Here is a little more specific guidelines for what I want you to write for each part:
Background (4〜5 pages)
– What is the problem with the social isolation of the elderly in Japan? (economic, health, kodokushi, etc, and It is nice if you can mix well with Japanese history or culture).
Solution (3〜4 pages)
– What are the solutions for the problems discussed above? (Introduce successful examples from the U.S. or European countries).
Conclusion (1 page or less)
– I need you to put it together well (Please connect with translational neuroscience if possible).
