Case study presentations are intended to test student’s ability to assess information, to formulate arguments and to critically evaluate different alternatives to diagnosis and treatment of disease. In this assessment students must document in 1500 words a client’s journey in treating their condition/disease by three different health care disciplines. The presentation needs to reflect and document on: • The nature of the health care disciplines • Client’s journey and experience described in the case study • The perceived benefits of Multiple Discipline Care (MDC) integration for clients • Why different professional services are desirable in this client care • What difficulties might be experienced in this client care
