The intro should include at least 10 literature reviews in that field of Islamic law and specifically AL-Maliki school of law/jurisprudence, if you can add primary sources that are originally Arabic but translated would be better. 4. Theoretical Framework:- a. the integrity of the text or manuscript, b. rules and methods of Editing Islamic Manuscripts you are following, c. verification of the text or manuscript for example ISNAD d. Indicating the short comings of other PhDs in their styles of editing manuscripts ( attached you will find 3 PhDs you can skim through and criticize) e. modern editing . 5. Explain your research methodology and what are you following on your research, a. Isnad or twator, b. legal critical, legal comparative, and confirmation of the text and maybe legal doctrinal theory 6. Talk/Write a proper introduction for a PhD
