A SWOT analysis that identifies the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats for the organization.

Evaluate an organization’s capital assets in comparison to its human capital.
Analyze the issues surrounding HRM metrics and their composition.
Evaluate the workforce demographic and diversity issues facing HRM in the next 10 years in the United States.
Evaluate the process of strategic management in the PAC Resources case study.
