You will select a healthcare organization and a potential issue that an organization may have. (You may select a known organization and issue or fictitious organization and/or issue). This deliverable will require some critical thinking and research to complete.
Determine a quality issue that you want to research and select an organization.
Decide on the role you will assume and the involved department responsible for implementing the changes.
Research the current state and use the resources in this module to identify relevant measures: Measuring Quality.
Select and apply a change management model to the quality issue you’ve identified.
Reflect critically on any additional considerations, potential landmines, and communication needs.
