Submit a plan for management as a nurse leader where a facility has implemented a macrosystem’s organizational structure and governance system and its implementation will directly impact the role of the nurse and provision of health care in the microsystem of a work unit. You may use an actual example/scenario that you have experience where you work or may create a scenario of your own. As nurse leaders we are faced constantly with change due to financial, regulatory, staffing, and administrative changes and constraints. Develop a scenario where you as a nurse manager are faced with a situation where a new situation has been implemented which involves a change or introduction of macrosystem’s with direct impact or involvement of the microsystem in the work unit.
