Write a TQM plan consisting of a one-paragraph summary of Total Quality Management as a concept. Explain the choice to invest in TQM as competitive and operational to the survival of the company.
TQM was introduced as a module in Round 4 of your CAPSIM simulation. Review the initiatives that you invested in for your CAPSIM Company. Compare/Contrast product quality with competition. Identify results compared to competition and changes going forward.
