Feel free to research external sources to identify your organization and to support resources for your project. MY PLAN is: The FEMA training and hiring department will work together on creating a position within the agency that focuses on the quality of the training process. That position will be known as Quality Assurance that enables employees to perform planning, estimating, and scheduling, or expediting the use of labor, machines, and materials in manufacturing operations producing equipment, systems, facilities, supplies, or maintenance. this process to ensure its success. The training department will work with each department individually on the development of the training plan that is specific not only to their department but the entire agency. The hiring department will ensure that each recruit is aware of the new process put in place to make them aware of their commitment. By developing a training plan for each department within the agency that has a list of tasks to completed by each employee which is verified and signed off by a supervisor. There should also be On-The-Job training for employees to demonstrate what they have learned in real time and any mistakes will be corrected on the spot. QA conducts a semi-annual inspection on each employee verifying their ability to complete the tasks assigned to ensure they are capable of handling any situation and know where to find the answers if called upon.
