The following questions have to be answered based on the I-human and the diagnosis.
1) If your patient did not have insurance and was unable to pay out of pocket for the testing how might this information change your decision to order diagnostic tests for the client? Would lack of insurance change your management plan? Why or why not? (The testing definitely needs to happen, so I was thinking to request that social worker gets involve to see if there were any programs that offered assistances).
2) The client in this encounter would likely benefit from community and health care support services. Which services might you recommend? What is available in your community? What is the process of referral in your area? (FYI I live in OHIO)
