2.Think about what you would do as a leader to address racial bias in the courts and answer the following questions:
A. How would you work with police leaders?
B. What style of leadership would you employ?
3. In your journal entry, discuss how bias plays out in the courtroom and who you would need to work with to address it.
4. No more than 500 words
