Write a case brief about any cases of the U.S Supreme Court. For example McCulloch v. Maryland (1819). You can write a case brief about it. Use references do not copy from anything, please. You need not include immaterial facts in this section, only the facts that go directly to the essence of the story. ISSUE: This should be in the form of a question, foe example in a hypothetical care accident case, “Is the driver responsible for injuring the pedestrian?”
