Part 1 – Analysis of Stakeholders, Information Needs, and Sources of Information –
(1) Identify the internal and external stakeholders for the Transparency Report for your chosen organization. Briefly
discuss the reasoning for the stakeholders identified. Provide a reasoned ranking of the identified stakeholders for a
Transparency Report.
(2) Discuss, illustrate and evaluate the existing information source(s) available to the identified stakeholders.
(3) The information needed and/or desired by the stakeholders. Your discussion should include financial and
non-financial information. Be as specific as possible.
(4) Current and potential source(s) of the information identified in (3) above. You should briefly evaluate the
current source(s) of information in transparency to stakeholders.
(5) How the CCR format will help the stakeholders understand the information identified in (3).
