Reading chapter 7 in the textbook will give you a full understanding of Sigmund Freud, Alfred Adler and Carl Jung and what they had to offer as the “founding fathers” of psychotherapy and psychology.

What did Adler mean when he proposed understanding behavior from a teleological perspective?
Define what archetypes are which Jung devised.
Discuss the various factors involved with Freudian Brief Approaches to Counseling. How would this approach benefit a client in today’s 21st century?
