The objective of this report is to discuss the friction vs leverage of adopting new technology and explore ideas such as whether the good that new technology brings outweighs the harm it can do; who gets to determine that; what are the benchmarks for successful technology; and what is an individuals’ and an institutions’ responsibility in this process?
