A comparative analysis of how force modernization processes have change from Post Vietnam (1980s) to Today for the US Army. Use one of the Army’s Big 5 as a basis to conduct the comparison. JCIDS, DAS, PPBE, TAA did not exist then as they do now. How did the US Army make decisions and how that is different than today?
