Locate, read and prepare a critique of a current journal article which addresses an approach to classroom management consistent with your philosophy and personality. The article can be from a magazine, library resource or a web-based journal. You may “google” this article or use the NCSU Library for online help.
The critique should be approximately two to three pages in length.
Hint: To assist you in finding an Article the NSCU library offers significant resources and help. From our Course Home Page select the Library Course Tools link. This opens the NCSU Library page assigned to this course specifically. The right top menu window displays “Quick Article Search” with a preselected area of “Education”. You can enter “keywords” such as “classroom management” and then follow the search list and suggestions. Also there is a menu block of Library Services that you can review and actually live chat with a Librarian assistant if you need additional guidance or would like a “suggested” list of articles. If you choose this option, you should provide specifics of what you want the article focus to be on or related to “such as your philosophy” in classroom management.
Project Formatting Requirements:
Title Page should include:
o Name of Project
o Name of Student
o Name of Student’s School (indicate middle or high school)
o Date of Submission
Name and date left-aligned in the header or footer of the document
Page number right-aligned top or bottom of the document
Font size 12
Double Spaced
Paragraphs indented
In-text citations and end of document reference lists should follow current APA (American Psychological Association) formatting
