A significant number also reported that they have not received the COVID-19 vaccination. Screening data revealed average group blood pressure of 159/110 mmHg, fasting glucose meter of 250 dl/L (obtained from most recent home glucose meter storage memory). Brown bag medication assessment identified multiple prescriiptions for managing multiple chronic disease conditions among the adults.
