Instructions
This Integrative Paper will consist of 8 sections, approximately 1-2 pages in length, for a total of 10-12 pages. The sections for this paper include:
Introduction
Identify the field of practice and organizational context to be addressed in this paper and the extent to which the supervisory role under consideration encompasses administrative, educational and/or support functions. Provide a roadmap to the paper as a whole.
Theoretical Framework
Identify a theoretical framework that guides your approach to supervision and briefly summarize the philosophies, concepts, goals and techniques associated with this approach in relation to supervision.
Literature Review
Summarize the scholarly literature that informs your understanding of effective supervision in the practice context you are addressing.
Best Practice
Provide a summary of best practices in supervision as they apply to the practice context you have identified.
Discussion should include an explanation of how to address problems in the supervisory relationships.
Identify and clearly explain the tools and procedures utilized to evaluate outcomes of the supervisory process in this practice setting.
Cultural Awareness, Diversity, and Social Justice
Identify one broad issue related to cultural awareness, diversity and/or social justice that is specifically relevant to this practice context.
Provide specific recommendations, based on the relevant literature, to improve this aspect of supervision in the context under discussion.
Ethical Issues
Identify one broad issue related to ethics that is specifically relevant to this practice context. The focus can be at the micro or macro level.
Provide specific recommendations, based on relevant legal mandates and ethical standards, to appropriately address this issue.
Clearly articulate the ethical decision-making model utilized to address this issue.
Technology
Summarize the role of technology in providing supervision in this context, including relevant challenges and benefits
Clearly articulate any relevant ethical considerations related to the use of technology under discussion
Conclusions
Summarize what have you learned and how you will apply it in the future;
Incorporate a review of the three learning goals you identified when you initially reviewed this paper in Module 1; for example, whether those goals were met or if your goals evolved over the course of the semester
Identify what you still need to know.
References & Style
Appropriate use of APA styling (re: headings, citations, etc.).
Coherent organization and presentation of ideas.
Proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

This is a heavy graded paper and IT HAS to be followed to the T because this professor grades hard and loves her APA 7th edition. Also, there are sections in this paper where it is critical thinking and reflections! Please do not be broad and be reflective. I am a clinical Social Worker and I am a therapist.
