Question to Answer: Many scholars considered the eventual invasion of Taiwan by the Chinese military all but inevitable. Let’s assume that the Chinese military begins invading Taiwan tomorrow with the goal of conquering Taiwan and officially making the island a part of China. Let’s assume further that you have just been elected President of the U.S.A., and your term starts tomorrow.
